Cancellation & Reservation policy
By proceeding you agree to our cancellation policy, to be charged the amount of 70 euros per person in case of no-show or cancellation in less than 24 hours.
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before the reservation via email, or phone call will be processed without a penalty.
- Your card will NOT be charged the moment you reserve your table.
- The entry of the card details takes place through Stripe's secure environment.
- Your card details are stored on Stripe, according to international security standards.
- The restaurant SPONDI will never, for no reason, use your card’s details for any additional charges.
- If you would like to cancel your reservation or make any change to it, please call us at 210 756 4021 or contact us through email at reservation@spondi.gr / info@spondi.gr stating your reservation generated code and/or Full name date and time.
The amount payable in case of no-show or cancellation within 24 hours from the time of your reservation will not be returned.
