Reservation Policy :
- Online reservations for Galazia Hytra restaurant can be made up to 3 hours prior to the desired arrival time.
- We have allocated 30 minute intervals between bookings to ensure that Galazia Hytra’s team will provide you the ultimate dining experience.
- Please bear in mind that in order to proceed with an online reservation, a deposit of €50 per person made through a valid credit card, is required. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill’s total and the remaining balance can be paid following the end of your dinner.
- Please note that each reservation is considered confirmed only when you receive Galazia Hytra’s confirmation e-mail and that the down payment may not be transferred to another guest.
- Delayed arrivals may not exceed 30 minutes. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes from the initial reservation time, we reserve the right to mark your reservation as cancelled.
Cancellation Policy :
- We are implementing a 48-hour cancellation policy for all online reservations.
- In the event of a cancellation, to be communicated exclusively over e-mail, up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date, the deposit amount is refunded in full.
- In all other events, the deposit amount is not refunded and will be charged in full as a cancellation fee.
