Booking Terms
- Beach reservations correspond to a daily rent for sunbeds. Latest arrival time for the beach is 13:00.
- Children under 13 years old do not have to reserve a sunbed, if not needed.
- A grace time of 30 minutes applies to all reservations. After this time, your reservation is considered as canceled. If you arrive later than your booked time, we cannot guarantee any location for the sunbeds or the restaurant. You will be served upon availability.
- A credit card is required to finalize your reservation. For beach reservations, the rental fee deposit, depending on the row you have selected, is required. The rental fee includes a sunbed, a towel and an umbrella. For restaurant reservations, a deposit of 25€ per person is required. The total amount of the deposit will be subtracted from the bill.
- During low-season days (May, June, September), the rental fee for the 1st and 2nd row is 50€ per person, for the 3rd and 4th row 40€ per person, for the 5th and 6th row 30€ per person and from the 7th row and back 25€ per person.
- During high-season days (July and August), the rental fee for the 1st row is 70€ per person, for the 2nd row 60€ per person, for the 3rd and 4th row 50€ per person and from the 5th row and back 40€ per person.
Cancelation Policy
- Please be advised that cancelations made 5 days or less before the reservation will be subjected to a charge of full booking.
- Cancelations made up to 5 days before the reservation will be processed without a penalty. The full refund will be returned within 15-30 calendar days from the cancelation day and the bank fees will be charged to the receiver.
Secure Payment
- All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
