BOOKING TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY 2024

Bookings are made by a third-party platform, known as i-host.

REMEZZO allocations and their policies:

It requires for a group of 6pax and more, a 50 euro deposit per person. The payment in advance will be deducted from the total bill, at the end of the dinner. We can send you the appropriate online payment link ( valid for 48 hours ) with all the details of the booking.

Allocation Lower Terrace ( or Remezzaki - on the right of the above photo )

It requires even for a group of 1pax and more a 100 euro deposit per person whereas the specific allocation has a minimum spent that of 100 euro per person the same during the summer season.
We can send you also the appropriate online payment link with all the details of the booking.

The deposits, for both areas, are refundable in case of cancel ONLY THROUGH MAIL, till 48 hours in advance of the time of the booking.

General Information

For bookings over 20 guests on Main Allocation, do not hesitate to contact us via e mail at remezzo@remezzomykonos.com, as these ones should be proceeded with a fix menu in order for your guests to be served properly and on time.

Our reservation department will reconfirm your reservation with you via email or phone call on the day of the booking or the day before. Shall no communication be received, our team holds the right to consider your reservation canceled .

Cancellations of bookings with payments in advance are accepted only through mail and till 48 hours in advance of their booking time in order for their payment to be refundable . They are paid back less about the administration ( VivaWallet ) or wire fees. Reductions in party sizes can be refundable only if they arrive through mail till 48 hours ahead of the booking time.

The tables can be hold up to 15 minutes later form the booking time, otherwise they will be released. All members of the group should be present at the time of check in, in order to be accommodated to their table. Changes will depend on the size of the group and our availability status on the day.
