Reservation Policy
- All reservations are made exclusively online.
- For your reservation there is a minimum charge of 20€ per person which will be deducted from your final account and is charged on your arrival at the restaurant.
- Your reservation will require the introduction of your credit or debit card data.
- Non-show or non-timely cancellation (less than 2 hours before the time of arrival) results in a charge of 20€ per person.
- Your reservation is considered valid only after receipt of the confirmatory e-mail.
Cancellation & debit policy
- The restaurant has a 2-hour cancellation policy. Please note that cancellations can be made by e-mail (vrachosp@gmail.com) up to 2 hours before the scheduled reservation.
- Charges:
- Up to two hours before reservation: no charge
- Less than 2 hours before detention: €20,00 per person
- If you wish to cancel your reservation or vary the number of people, please inform us by email at: vrachosp@gmail.com.
- Your table is kept for 30 minutes from the scheduled time of arrival.
- In case of late arrival of more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time, please inform us so that your reservation is not considered invalid or non-show.
