This year we want to go deeper, be better and more daring. We want to reinvest your support, feedback and trust and renew our vows. Set meaningful targets and light a flame that burns with the intensity and ambition of our original idea of opening Cantina.
From this summer we will be preparing and serving tasting menus that will be symbiotic with our guests, meeting their needs and dietary requirements and providing a representative taste of the kitchen’s daily preparations. This will allow us to showcase the local ingredients being exclusively produced and sourced for Cantina. While focusing on the food it will permit us to offer gems of Greek and international wines at more affordable and accessible prices, giving room for some extra spontaneity in choices. Importantly it will help us realize our commitment to reducing food waste
Cantina, for all of us, is a collective expression of love and respect for the natural environment, its value chain and yourselves.
We thank you for the past four years and cannot wait for those ahead!
Menus will be wide ranging and at 70E/person with an extended tasting menu at 100E/person. (Children below 12 pay half price)
