  1. In order to confirm your reservation, we kindly request your card details. Your card will not be charged when making the reservation.
  2. You can cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours before the reserved date, with no charges. Our team is here to assist you with any necessary changes, subject to availability.
  3. In the event of cancellations or changes made after the 24-hour deadline, or in case of a no-show, there will be a charge of €40 per person. This charge will be based on the number of people specified in your reservation details.
  4. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation more than 5 hours before your reservation, we will issue a "ticket" reflecting the total charged amount. This ticket remains valid for one month, allowing you to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability.
  5. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation within 5 hours before your reserved time there will be a non-refundable charge.
  6. To ensure a delightful dining experience, one of our team members will reach out to you 24 hours before your reservation to discuss any food allergies or dietary preferences. Please provide accurate contact information during the reservation process.
