General Information
- The restaurant operates from Monday to Sunday from 13:00 to 23:00.
- The restaurant welcome diners from the age of 10 and above.
- For reservations of 8 or more people or adjust the number to an existing one, please contact us via email at reservations@5senses.com.gr
- Dress code : Elegant - casual. Kindly, refrain from wearing sportswear, shorts and flip flops.
- For the purpose of your best possible dining experience, kindly remind you to fill in any allergies in the "Dietary Restrictions" field in the next step.
Reservation Policy
- A credit or debit card is mandatory for your reservation, which will be charged with the minimum charge per person. The deposit amount of 15euro per person will be deducted from your restaurant bill.
- Your booking is considered valid upon receipt of your confirmation email and receipt. Present it upon your arrival at the entrance.
- In case of delay, please inform us in time by email. Otherwise, the restaurant reserve the right to assign your table 20 minutes after your reservation time and apply the cancellation policy.
- In case you are unable to honor this reservation or transfer it or you want to adjust the number of guests you are kindly requested to notify us via email reservations@5senses.com.gr by no later than 48hours prior to your reservation time.
Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your reservation by email at reservations@5senses.com.gr up to 48 hours before your visit and transfer it to another date until the end of the season, depending on the availability of the restaurant. Please note that the charge that has been made is not refundable..
- If you do not show up at the restaurant, the deposit is non-refundable.
