Reservation Policy
Online reservations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Please contact us by phone for any last-minute availability. Minimum consumption is 80€ euros per person. The time slot for every table is two hours.
Payment Policy
For the confirmation of your booking a deposit of 80€ per person is required to be paid by a valid credit or debit card. Your reservation is only confirmed upon the receipt of confirmation e-mail & your receipt. Any remaining balance may be paid by the same card upon the end of your meal.
Delay & Cancellation Policy
Delay
- Please notify us (through e-mail or phone call) in case you delay.
- In case of a delay, we will hold your reservation for maximum 15 minutes. If you delay more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to mark your reservation as “non-refundable”, “no-show” or “last-minute cancellation”.
Cancellation
- For cancellations more than 97 hours (>4 days) prior to arrival: no charges will be applied. The payment of deposit will be refunded to the same card that was charged.

For cancellations less than 96 hours (< 4 days) prior to arrival:
- In case of table cancellation: the amount of the deposit will be held by the hotel as cancellation fee.
- In case of reduction of people: no cancellation charges will be applied and the amount of the deposit corresponding to the absent people will be refunded to the same card that was charge. This amount cannot be used to settle any remaining balance created during your meal.
- For same day (< 24 hours) cancellations, reduction of people, non-show, the amount of the deposit will be held by the hotel as cancellation fee.
If you wish to reschedule your reservation for a future date, our team will take care of the cancellation of your old reservation respecting all cancellation terms mentioned above and handling the new reservation created as a separate one according to availability.
