  • We have set an interval of 30 minutes between sitting slots in order to ensure your best possible experience.
  • In order to make a reservation, you need to enter a valid credit or debit card, which is charged with the amount of €30.00 per person.
  • Your reservation is considered valid only upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail and your receipt.
  • A confirmation email is sent 48 hours prior to your booking. If this is not answered by 17:00 the following day, the reservation is considered as cancelled.
  • Your table will be available for 2 and a half hours from the confirmed reservation time.
  • In case of delay you should inform us in time by phone. Otherwise, we reserve the right to assign your table without a refund of the deposit.
  • Your delay cannot exceed the 30 minute period.

Cancellation Policy

  • We have implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy.
  • Please note that cancellations can be made by e-mail before 17:00, one day prior to the booking. In any other case, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you wish to move your reservation to a future date, our team will take care of the change depending on the availability of the restaurant. Please note that in this case the deposit is non refundable.
  • In case of cancelation the commission fee is retained by the customer.
  • Sameday reservations have no refund!
